About My City ............
If you come to Rio and want to see a small water fall like this one, visit the "Floresta da
Tijuca" (the forest of Tijuca) . On Sunday part
of the Forest is closed and you can go for a walk, see some small monkeys "Micos" and if
you are lucky a "Pregui硦quot;, a sloth too. The view is beautiful up there and it's much cooler
than down here in the "inferno"(hell) of the city.
There is also a natural shower to refresh yourself
after jogging.
If you want to know about a beautiful place to scubadive in Brasil visit:http://www.noronha.com.br br> >
Some of my interests:
Art: I love old Dutch paintings of the 17th century. If you have a chance, visit the
Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. If you like clocks as I do and have a chance to visit Viena go to the ClockMuseum downtown.

I love to travel: One of my favorite places is
in Holland, a small city near Amsterdam called
Monnickendam which is a small pleasure boat harbour renowned in the past for its eels.
Internet: Made great friends on the web. It Makes you look at the world with a little more faith and hope for tomorrow.>Languages: French and English are my favorite. If you look at languages as a living body you'll discover always something funny and new about it.
Try not to translate, try to think in the language you are learning.

Food: If you can't appreciate a good glass of wine and a nice meal you lost one of the best parts of this trip.
By the way I love Indonesian food and of course French and Italian food.
Music: I love Beatles, Rolling Stones, John Mellencamp, Beach Boys. French Music: Charles Aznavour, Gilbert Bcaud, Edith Piaf, Adamo among many others. Brazilian Music: Bossa Nova, Vinicius de Moraes, Tom Jobim, Baden Powel.
Nature: the See and the beach of course are my
favorite places although men don't respect them anymore and they are not anymore what they used to
be.If you come to Brazil go to the "Nordeste" north-east where you'll find some of the most beautiful beaches. Fernando de Noronha, an island in Brazil, is also a unique lost paradise.
